Loan Modifications

We no longer offer home loan modification services.

After a frustrating year of trying to modify home loans, we have decided to cease our efforts here.

We have learned through trial and error that the banks are not really interested in modifying loans. Many of our clients have been put through the process of modification by agreeing to a trial payment period. This trial payment period comes to naught. The banks, or more to the point, the servicers are only collecting more of the client's money. They have no intention to really modify the loan at all. When the servicers collect money on the loan, they change the loan to a "performing loan". This means that the bank can sell the loan as a "performing loan" on the market and get a premium for the loan. In the mean time, they know that the loan is not really a "performing loan" and they trick the new buyer of the loan into believing that the loan is worth more than it really its.

The whole securitization process is a huge fraud on the public. In many instances, the lenders knew that the loans were toxic and would fail in a short time. The loans were often selected personally by knowledgable stock manipulators and bundled and sold to unsuspecting investors. Then the sellers of the toxic loans purchased  a short position on the bundle. In essence, they were betting that the investment would drop in value. Of course, they knew it would fall in value because they hand picked only the worst loans.

Holding the short position made the banks HUGE profits. They made billions on the scheme. We refuse to be a part of this process. We, as lawyers, want to fight back against the banks. All potential clients who are reading this page should turn to or Mortgage Foreclosure Defense page and decide whether you qualify to challenge your lender in a Quiet Title lawsuit.
